Terms of Service
Last updated: April 9, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the related web-based pre-launch activities we describe here (such as the waitlist and contact form), operated under the name Nutritiffin ("Nutritiffin," "we," "us," or "our"). By using those parts of our offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Mobile apps are separate. When you download, install, or use a Nutritiffin mobile application, that use is governed by the legal documents provided in or with the app (for example terms of use, end user licence agreement, and privacy notice) and by the applicable app store terms (such as Google Play or Apple App Store). Those documents are not reproduced on this website and are not replaced by these Terms. If anything in these website Terms conflicts with the in-app or app-store terms as they apply to your use of the app, the app-specific and store terms control for that use.
Not legal advice. These Terms are not legal advice. They describe our relationship with you in plain language. Some rights cannot be waived or limited by contract; where the law gives you stronger protections, those protections still apply.
2. Pre-registration and operating status
We have not yet formed a registered company or completed all formal business registrations. We plan to incorporate and complete registrations, licences, and other corporate formalities when and if we validate market demand and move toward commercial operations at a scale where those steps are appropriate and required for what we offer. Until we publish updated legal details (for example a registered name, address, and identification numbers), pre-launch activities—including this website, the waitlist, contact responses, and closed testing—may be carried out by founders, team members, or nominees acting on behalf of the Nutritiffin project. This pre-launch phase may continue for an extended period.
You acknowledge that you are engaging with us in a pre-launch, informational, and experimental context. We will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy when our registered structure and key compliance details are in place. Nothing on this site is a representation that we currently hold any specific licence, registration, or certification unless we state so explicitly at the time. You agree not to rely on the existence of this website or waitlist as proof of our corporate or regulatory standing.
Compliance. These Terms describe our relationship with you, not an exemption from law. We aim to conduct pre-launch activities lawfully and to obtain registrations and sector-specific compliance (for example food, tax, or app-store requirements) as they become applicable to what we actually do and where we operate.
3. Nature of our service (pre-launch)
Nutritiffin is building a community-powered platform for healthy, home-cooked meals. Parts of the offering described on this website may not yet be available in all areas. Information on the site (including menus, timelines, and features) may change as we prepare for launch. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer to sell meals or deliver services until we expressly confirm availability and you complete any required ordering or payment steps we may introduce later.
You agree that your use of the website and waitlist is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee any outcome, timeline, feature, or availability.
4. Website content and AI-generated imagery
Some visuals on this website may be created or assisted using artificial intelligence (AI) or similar generative tools, in addition to original photography or design. Such images are illustrative and promotional only. They may not depict real meals, real kitchens, real people, or actual service conditions. Do not rely on website imagery for dietary, allergen, nutritional, medical, or safety decisions. When we offer real products or services, separate information (for example labels, menus, and disclosures) will govern.
5. Waitlist
Our waitlist allows you to express interest in Nutritiffin before or during rollout in your area.
- What joining means. Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee early access, pricing, availability in your pincode, selection for testing, or any specific timeline.
- Information you provide. You agree to provide accurate information (for example name, email, phone number, pincode, and whether you are interested as a customer or partner/chef). We use this information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Communications. By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails and, where applicable, SMS or other messages about Nutritiffin, including launch updates, early access, surveys, testing invitations, and related marketing. You can opt out of promotional messages using the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us, subject to any messages we must send for legal or security reasons.
- Internal app testing (Google Play). We may, at our sole discretion, select a subset of waitlist members (not everyone) to receive an invitation to install and test a pre-release version of our mobile app through Google Play internal testing (or a comparable distribution method). Google sends the invite and hosts distribution; Google's terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Google Play and their services. A typical internal testing window may run for on the order of approximately twelve (12) to fifteen (15) days, but actual duration may vary. The test build may be unstable, incomplete, or withdrawn at any time. Selection for testing does not guarantee future access, rewards, or launch benefits. If you are not selected, it does not affect your general waitlist status for future communications unless we say otherwise.
- Duplicate sign-ups. We may reject or merge duplicate registrations (for example the same email) to keep our list accurate.
6. Mobile applications (in-app legal documents)
Our mobile application(s) may be offered through app stores or direct distribution for testing. Legal terms and privacy disclosures for the app itself—including how the app may collect, use, and share data, acceptable use, software licences, and dispute terms—are made available inside the app, via the store listing, or through links we provide at installation or first launch. We do not host the full set of app legal documents on this marketing website, and you should review them before or when you use the app.
Internal testing invites (for example through Google Play) are subject to this website's Terms and our Privacy Policy regarding how we use your waitlist email to add testers; ongoing use of the installed app is then governed by the in-app and app-store legal documents in addition to any testing rules we communicate to you.
7. Eligibility and conduct
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You agree not to misuse the website or waitlist: no unlawful activity, harassment, scraping or automated abuse, attempting to breach security, submitting false or misleading information, or interfering with other users or our systems.
8. Partner / chef interest
If you indicate interest as a partner or chef, you are registering for follow-up about partnership opportunities. Any future partnership is subject to separate agreements, vetting, and local requirements. These Terms apply to your use of the website and waitlist until superseded by a written agreement where applicable.
9. Intellectual property
Content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by Nutritiffin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing or sharing as permitted by law.
10. Third-party services
We may use third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, or app stores) to operate the site, waitlist, and testing programmes. Those providers process data or provide infrastructure as described in our Privacy Policy and under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, including Google Play, email providers, or payment processors—your use of them is solely between you and the third party, subject to any non-excludable rights you have under law.
11. Disclaimers
The website, waitlist, internal test builds, and all related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or tests are free of harmful components.
No oral or written information from us creates a warranty beyond what is stated here, except where such exclusion is prohibited.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nutritiffin, its founders, team members, contractors, and anyone acting on our behalf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business, arising from or related to these Terms, the website, the waitlist, internal testing, AI-generated or other content, or third-party services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site or pre-launch activities shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (b) if no such payment applies, one hundred Indian rupees (INR 100). Multiple claims do not enlarge this cap.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (for example certain personal injury or fraud claims where the law forbids exclusion).
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the website or pre-launch activities is to stop using them.
13. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nutritiffin, its founders, team members, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website or test builds, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your reliance on AI-generated or other illustrative content.
14. Release and assumption of risk
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Nutritiffin and its operators from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the website, waitlist, or internal testing—including interaction with pre-release software and third-party platforms—except where such a release is void under mandatory law.
You expressly assume all risks associated with pre-launch participation, including incomplete features, data loss, service changes, and reliance on non-final information.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the website where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website and web-based pre-launch activities covered above, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local consumer protection law and subject to any different governing-law or forum terms that apply to you under in-app or app-store documents for disputes about the mobile app.
